Tailored for breathing protection and scuba diving requirements, the new compressor control offers quick and easy access to all important functions.

 

Compressor control with SECURUS

AUTOMATIC OPERATION

Thanks to clearly arranged and functional menu navigation, the new compressor control offers a safe and comfortable operation.

  • In combination with an automatic condensate drain, a fully automatic operation of the compressor unit is standard.
  • For maximum convenience, condensate from all separators is reliably automatically removed by the automatic condensate drain during operation as well as during the switching off of the compressor unit.
  • An automatic start/stop device controls the independent switching-on/-off of the compressor and permits the use of an automatic selector unit and of a storage system.

The clearly arranged display of the compressor control makes comprehensive monitoring of the compressor unit during operation possible.
In the standard scope of supply the following important functions are already included:

  • An oil pressure control system warns of oil deficiency and wrong rotational direction.
  • Display of the service intervals and hour counter
  • A history of the malfunction messages facilitates the analysis of causes, i.e. saving time and costs.

P42 OR P61 PURIFICATION SYSTEM FOR THE PUREST BREATHING AIR

For a reliable supply with breathing air, with higher purity than required by the strict breathing air standard DIN EN 12021

  • Genuine cartridges from BAUER safely remove humidity and pollutants from the compressed air.
  • Optional: Owing to a manifold increased life span of the filter cartridge, the BAUER B-KOOL System provides for a particularly cost-saving compressor operation.
  • Optional: In the event of high environmental pollution, the BAUER AERO-GUARD System filters CO2 from the intake air assuring compliance with the value limits of standard DIN EN 12021.

 

An additional layer of molecular sieve (red marking) allows a time buffer of 3-7 hours after the first warning message.

SECURUS PROVIDES SAFETY

The patented filter monitoring system (optional) continually checks the degree of saturation of the cartridge.

  • Automatic switch off of the compressor after adequate warning, in the case of filter saturation, guarantees permanent compliance with the standard DIN EN 12021.
  • SECURUS allows a still more economic compressor operation:
    Thanks to a sophisticated sensor technique, the filter cartridge can be used until its complete saturation assuring that no precious cartridge capacity is given away.
    In contrast to other solutions, the integrated monitoring sensor does not have to be calibrated. This provides safety in continuous operation and saves costs.
  • With SECURUS all models of the VE range are automatically „ready for PureAir“.
    SECURUS is one of the prerequisites to being certified according to the BAUER own strict PureAir standard for the safe supply with pure breathing air.
